How can I request a refund if I cancel my trip?

How is the ticket price for children?
Infant under 24 months (acounting from the date of birth) are allowed to sit in the same seats as adults, the fare rule is published on our website or the ticket booking system. If the infant is 24 months or above (counting from the date of birth), you need to make a separate reservation as adult fare.

How can i verify the real ticket because there are many cases of fake tickets and not valid to fly? (tickets purchased through intermediaries and agents).
You can check your reservation code (PNR) at vietjet website to make sure that your name is already on the flight list; Or you can call Vietjet's customer service hotline 19001886 to check tickets before purchasing and provide the reservation code (Passenger name record) so that we can check the information.
As to avoid unnecessary risks, kindly book ticket at reliable ticket offices and travel agencies. There are some ways to identify reliable agents: polite design offices, clear signboard of airline logo, good location on the busy streets. Staff behavior is polite and professional, proper uniforms, employee badges and provide accurate, thoughtful consultations for customers before purchasing. Tickets are issued with the carrier's sale receipt, clear landline contact phone number which is usually easy to remember.

How many hours before flight for booking ticket in case of emergency?
Online booking systems, ticket offices, travel agents are available for all flights at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. In case of emergency, you can buy last-minute flight tickets at the airport ticket counters. If the flight are still available, you can also buy a ticket before check-in counter closed

Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple tickets at one time?
Currently, we do not have this policy for all Vietjet flights. The fare rule is high or low depending on the specific time of purchase; time of flight; ticket class. Tip for booking cheaper flights, you should plan early and book tickets as soon as possible.

How can I request an invoice for flight ticket?
Please contact the travel agent to request an invoice. If you buy ticket at online channel or through our call center, please go to Vietjet's official ticket offices to get an invoice.

Does a 1-year-old children need a plane ticket?
An infant between 14 days and under 24 months (by date of birth) are published in the fare schedule specified on our website or our ticketing system. The infant baby can travel on the lap of an accompanied adult.

Is checked baggage included in my fare?
Vietjet has some type of flight classes checked baggage allowance included as below:
- Sky boss class: free 30kg of checked baggage.
- Deluxe Class: free 20kg of checked baggage
- Other ticket classes do not include checked baggage.
