If I haven't bought for checked baggage in advance, could I buy it when I check - in at the airport?
You can buy for checked baggage when you check-in at the airport. From 3h before the departure time to closed time, each passenger can buy a package with 15 kgs for domestic flight or a package with 20 kgs for international flight. In case, your baggages are over the package (15kgs/20kgs), the exceed baggage will be charged wiht kilogram system.

I had pre-booked for seat before I take the flight, but then Vietjet changed schedule, will the reserved seat still be remained?
Vietjet will arrange seat is equivalent to the seat, which you chose before. In case of Vietjet can not arrange equivalent seat, we will refund the fee.

How is defferent between special seats (hot seats) with normal seats?
Special seats (hot seats) are include front seats, emergency seats, aisle or window side seats which are more leg room, special positions on board and you will feel more comfortable during flight.
