Information for Codeshare Flights
1. Airport and Inflight Services
Airport and inflight services are generally provided by the operating carrier.
The operating carrier’s policies and procedures apply to:

• Check-in counter opening hours
• Lounge access
• Inflight services
• Acceptance of infants and children
• Flight disruption handling
• Other operational services

2. Baggage Allowance and Check-in
Baggage allowance and through check-in conditions may vary depending on the operating carrier and applicable fare rules.
If your itinerary includes one or more flights operated by partner airlines (code-share or interline), the baggage rules of the Most Significant Carrier (MSC) apply in accordance with the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

As baggage requirements may vary for each flight, the most accurate baggage information will be shown on your ticket or provided by the operating carrier.

Please confirm baggage details at the time of booking or directly with the operating carrier.

When travelling to or from the USA or Canada, the baggage rules for the first flight of the itinerary will apply throughout the journey, regardless of stopovers and transit.

The carriage of certain hazardous materials, like aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft is forbidden. If you do not understand these restrictions, further information may be obtained from operating airline.

3. Check-in Counter
Depending on the flight arrangement, check-in may be handled at the operating carrier’s counter.

Please contact Vietjet Air Reservations, the operating carrier, or your travel agency for further details regarding check-in procedures for codeshare flights.

Codeshare flights operated by partner airlines may be handled by the partner airline at the airport.
