May I be served food and beverage free of charge while taking a flight?

You will served food and beverage free of charge when purchased Skyboss ticket of Vietjet. The other fares are excluded food, beverage on board. However, Vietjet has been selling food, beverage and merchandised items on board. If the flight is not full, may I change to another seat?

To comply with safety, sucurity and inflight service simplicity on board, please be seated at seat number appeared on the boarding pass.

May I bring my own food on board?

For health protection during the flight and not being affected to other passngers, Vietjet has restricted outside food and beverage carried and used on board.

For special passengers such as hearing/visually impaired, wheelchair, will have designated cabin crew on board during the flight?

Vietjet has policy to support the special passengers. For these passengers who will be offered priority service from check-in counter to collect baggage at aarival terminal. Our cabin crew will pay extra attention to care these passengers during the flight.
