Spring in Kunming lasts from March to May. The weather is dry, sunny, and very cool and pleasant. The highest temperature is around 25°C, and the lowest is about 6°C. It rains for about 6-10 days a month, with total rainfall around 20-23mm.

Snow-capped mountains start to be dotted with cherry blossoms. This is also the season for delicious fruits, where everything comes to life, and flowers bloom everywhere.
