Vietjet sincerely announces the temporary suspension of the SkyCare insurance program starting from 00:00 on June 1, 2025, until further notice. All passengers with scheduled departure times (local STD) before 00:00 on June 1, 2025, who meet the eligibility conditions of the SkyCare program, will still receive complimentary SkyCare insurance and enjoy full benefits as specified.

When meeting the insurance eligibility conditions, passengers will be entitled to insurance benefits in the following cases (*):

• Flight departure is delayed by 90 minutes or more compared to the scheduled departure time;
• Late arrival, damage, or loss of checked baggage during the flight.
• Loss of Travel Documents (Only applies to international routes)
