With Vietjet Travel Safe, you can have complete peace of mind knowing that you are well protected against obstacles during your journey, such as accidents, lost luggage or personal documents, flight cancellations, and other travel-related issues. Vietjet Travel Safe travel insurance is provided by Bao Viet Insurance Corporation in collaboration with HD Insurance Company on the basis of co-insurance, available at vietjetair.com.

After successfully completing a booking that includes Travel Safe, you are responsible for verifying that they have received the Travel Safe electronic insurance certificate, which is sent together with the e-ticket and itinerary confirmation. If not received, please contact Vietjet’s hotline (1900 1886) prior to your flight for assistance. Once the booked flight has departed, the Travel Safe insurance certificate cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

Instructions for VAT invoice:

If you require an invoice for Vietjet Travel Safe insurance, please follow the process:

• Any request for VAT invoice issuing in the same month that Certificate of Insurance issued, please send detailed information by filling in the form here to BaoViet Insurance.
• After receiving the invoice request information, Bao Viet Insurance will check, issue and send the invoice directly to the customer's email address within 2 working days.
• If there is no any request for VAT invoice issuing from customers who bought Vietjet Travel Safe insurance through Digital Platforms which are managed by Vietjet Air, BaoViet Insurance will issue only one VAT invoice for the remaining production registered for a booking month with the description of buyer as “For buyers who have no request for VAT invoice”.
• If any request for VAT issuing next month whist Insurance Policies was issued last month, please send the request to BaoViet Insurance by the 5th of following month in the latest.
