A total of 23 Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and agreements were presented at the conference.

The cooperation aims to develop advanced engine MRO capabilities to support Vietjet’s growing fleet, while exploring opportunities to serve other operators in Vietnam and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The initiative marks a further step in the long-term relationship between Vietjet and Pratt & Whitney, extending cooperation from engines and technical support toward aviation industry development, technology and technical know-how, stronger aerospace supply chains, and a highly skilled aviation workforce in Vietnam.

The MOU between Vietjet and FTAI Aviation on the development of a Maintenance, Repair & Exchange platform
Earlier in 2026, Vietjet and Pratt & Whitney announced an approximately US$5.4 billion agreement for GTF engines and services for 44 A321neo and A321XLR aircraft. Expanding the partnership into MRO further reinforces the two companies’ long-term commitment, while contributing to Vietnam’s deeper participation in the global aviation value chain.
Expanding the financial, technical and digital foundations for aviation growth
Vietjet’s cooperation with SKY Leasing, FTAI Aviation and Mastercard broadens the foundations for its global growth, spanning fleet financing, engine support, digital payments and customer experience.

Vietjet and Mastercard exchange the MOU for digital transformation in the aviation and travel sector in Vietnam
Vietjet and SKY Leasing expand financing and asset management solutions for five new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, each powered by two CFM International LEAP-1B27 engines.
Vietjet and FTAI Aviation are expanding cooperation across fleet flexibility and aircraft investment, next-generation LEAP and GTF engine support, CFM56 fleet solutions, and the joint assessment of a Vietnam-based QuickTurn engine maintenance, repair and exchanges platform at Long Thanh International Airport.

HDBank and Citi advance cooperation in advisory services, market insights
The agreements will support Vietjet’s fleet expansion while contributing to the development of high-value aviation technical capabilities in Vietnam.
Vietjet and Mastercard will also cooperate on digital payments, customer engagement and digital transformation in Vietnam’s aviation and travel sectors, supporting a more seamless passenger journey while enhancing operational efficiency and digital growth.
Connecting global capital and advancing digital transformation
Vietjet’s group companies HDBank and Vikki Bank are expanding connections between Vietnam and global capital, financial expertise and digital technology.
HDBank and Citi will advance cooperation in advisory services, market insights, treasury, risk management, capital markets, trade finance, payments, derivatives and other financial services, alongside professional exchanges, training and global market intelligence.

HDBank and Standard Chartered strengthen cooperation on international funding
With Standard Chartered, HDBank will strengthen cooperation on international funding and clearing solutions, while exploring opportunities in trade finance, cash management, payments and foreign exchange.
At the event, Vikki Bank and Mastercard also signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on digital transformation and digital payments, with a focus on developing VikkiONE Connect, an all-in-one card integrating payments, credit, digital identity, mobility and other digital services. The two parties will also cooperate on technology infrastructure to support public services and digital transformation initiatives in Vietnam.
These partnerships, together with other agreements at the conference — bringing the total to 23 agreements — will help strengthen the capabilities of Vietnamese financial institutions, facilitate trade and investment flows, and deepen bilateral economic ties.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of Sovico Group, said: “The partnerships announced today connect world-leading strengths in aviation, technology and finance with Vietnam’s growth potential. They not only create new resources for business growth, but also expand flows of trade, investment, technology and employment between our two economies, making a meaningful contribution to the Vietnam–U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.”
