From Pakse, there are several ways to reach Wat Phou temple. With a distance of nearly 50 km, it will take about 1 hour to get to Wat Phou. For transportation, you can take a taxi, rent a self-drive car, or opt for a more cost-effective and novel option by taking a tuk-tuk.
