Taxis, motorbikes, and rental cars are quite convenient for traveling between Phan Thiet, Mui Ne, and various attractions. Since many locations like Bau Trang, the sand dunes, and Ke Ga are far apart, a car or motorbike will give you more flexibility in your itinerary.

When buying seafood, specialties, or souvenirs at markets and some tourist spots, you should ask for the price first and may negotiate a suitable price. At supermarkets, specialty stores, and places with listed prices, you do not need to bargain.

Binh Thuan is famous for seafood, banh can, banh quai vac, fish salad, and dragon fruit. You should choose clean eateries, fresh seafood, and ask clearly about prices or units of measurement before ordering at seafood restaurants.

From November to April is usually favorable for exploring Binh Thuan due to the dry weather and plenty of sunshine, perfect for beach and outdoor activities. If you visit Mui Ne during the windy months, you can also experience sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Binh Thuan is generally a safe and friendly destination for travelers. When swimming, participating in water sports, or exploring the sand dunes, you should adhere to weather warnings, safety guidelines, and keep your belongings secure in crowded areas.
