• If you are invited by friends or a company for a trip to China, you need to prepare an invitation letter from the inviting entity or individual with complete information, including your personal details, travel itinerary, and information of the inviting entity or person.

Appointment Booking: Visit the website www.visaforchina.cn. Choose the date and time for submitting your application and print the appointment letter. You also need to attach this appointment letter to your application.

Submitting the Application: Visit the authorized submission locations to submit your China entry visa application. Here, you'll also need to undergo biometric data collection (photo capture, fingerprinting) and pay the required fees. • The number of entries specified on the visa indicates how many times you can enter China within the validity period of the visa.
• The duration of stay specified on the visa indicates the time you are allowed to stay after each entry into China, calculated from the second day after entry into China.
• As long as there are remaining entries, you can enter China at any time before the expiration date (before 24:00 Beijing time on the expiration date). The duration of your stay in China must not exceed the duration stated on the visa.
