Vietjet respectfully announces the temporary suspension of the SkyCare insurance program effective from 00:00 on 01 June 2025 until further notice.

Passengers whose scheduled time of departure (local STD) is before 00:00 on 01 June 2025 and who meet the eligibility conditions of the SkyCare program will continue to be covered and entitled to the full benefits of SkyCare insurance.

The passenger is eligible for comprehensive coverage in the following cases (*):

• Flight departure is delayed by 90 minutes or more compared to the scheduled departure time;
• Late arrival, damage, or loss of checked baggage during the flight.
• Loss of Travel Documents (Only applies to international routes)
