VietJetAir Sponsors Transportation for “Dancing with the Stars” Vietnam

(VietJetAir, HCMC, 16 March 2012) – VietJetAir sponsors transportation for Vietnam’s own version of the UK-originated TV series, Dancing with the Stars or Buoc nhay hoan vu in Vietnamese. The world-famous reality show is produced by Cat Tien Sa Limited Company and the Vietnam Television.

Accordingly, VietJetAir will be the only airline in Vietnam to transports all celebrities, professional dancers and organizers of the show between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi from March to June 2012.

As stated by the organizers, this year’s Vietnamese version will see local celebrities such as Phuong Thanh, Minh Hang, Anh Thu, Quach Ngoc Ngoan, Minh Quan, Tuan Tu, etc, pair with 10 professional dancers from Europe to perform Ballroom and Latin dance. Also, many other celebrities such as Ngo Thanh Van, Ho Ngoc Ha, Thu Minh, ect, will attend the show as guests of honor during the 10 live TV shows on the Vietnam Television, VTV3.

VietJetAir currently operates HCMC-Hanoi with three round trips per day. It will launch HCMC-Danang route on April 27 and Hanoi-Nha Trang route on May 19 and increase flight frequency of HCMC-Hanoi route to 8 flights per day on April 27, 2012. Flights to other destinations in Vietnam and Asia will be launched during 2012.

Launched in 2010, the Vietnamese version of Dancing with the stars this year continues with 10 live shows aired on VTV3 at 9pm every Sunday starting from 18 March 2012.
