5.2. Transfer of Data Outside the EU/EEA

We are responsible for ensuring that the transfer of your personal data abroad through cookies is carried out lawfully, safely, and transparently. For Vietnamese citizens, We transfer data abroad through cookies in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 issued by the National Assembly on June 26, 2025, effective from January 01, 2026, and relevant implementing guidelines. 6. EFFECTIVENESS AND CHANGES TO POLICY CONTENT
