Vietjet’s love flights bring workers home to celebrate Tet

The loving warm and reunion Tet season has come with nearly 500 workers returning to their hometowns on flights organized by Vietjet, HD SAISON and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. 

Two flights departing from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh (Nghe An), Thanh Hoa on the evening of January 11th have brought joy and happiness to disadvantaged workers returning to their hometown today, who have not been able to celebrate Tet with families for many years.

Sharing about the special flights during the Tet holiday this year, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - Mr. Phan Van Anh said: “The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor appreciates the attention, support and companionship from Vietjet, HD SAISON giving disadvantaged workers the opportunities to return to their hometown to celebrate the 2023 Lunar New Year. During this time, many workers have faced difficulties in life because of the pandemic, however the support of enterprises including Vietjet, HD SAISON to ensure jobs and provide loans or free flights like today have become bright spots, the flames of hope that help workers have more strength to overcome difficulties, continue to work, contribute and bring good values for themself, family and society. We hope to cooperate continually with Vietjet and HD SAISON in many meaningful programs and activities like this in the future, bringing many practical benefits and improved life for employees."

HD SAISON quickly responds to the financial needs of personal consumption for many Vietnamese, especially people with low, and middle incomes or workers who have a high demand for loans but can not meet the loan conditions from the bank. Workers and unskilled labor are also the customer groups that HD SAISON has been prioritizing to serve.

With this loan package, workers and employees in industrial parks across the country will be supported with preferential capital to help improve their quality of life. This activity is also in line with the orientation of the Prime Minister and the State Bank of Vietnam on repelling usury supporting the economy and boosting production and development”.

Not only receiving free flight tickets to go hometown to celebrate Tet, passengers on the special flight back home also received meaningful Tet gifts from Vietjet cabin crews.

Vietjet flights have brought disadvantaged workers across the country to their hometown to reunite every Tet holiday, contributing to sharing love and joining hands with the community to support disadvantaged people in society.
