Vietnam's leading low-cost airline, VietjetAir was voted the friendliest airline and best airline for promotion deals in Vietnam by the Trust & Consume 2012 market research report in Ho Chi Minh City recently.
Research for the Trust & Consume 2012 Report is conducted by Spend & Consume magazine with the backing of the Vietnam Standard and Consumers Association in conjunction with market management solutions Mancom Company. The report announced the Top 100 products and services favored by both Vietnamese and foreign consumers in Vietnam.
VietjetAir was widely lauded for its outstanding services and incredibly low, flexible promotional fares during 2011 and 2012.
Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Standard and Consumers Association, said: "The Trust & Consume 2012 Report honors the most popular products and services in Vietnam while encouraging consumers to prioritize domestically-made products and services. We, as the representative of consumers, also try to encourage producers and service providers to continue to improve the quality of products and services to better meet the increasing demands of both domestic and foreign consumers in Vietnam."

Kamal Kahmuriddin, VietjetAir's Director of Customer Services, said: "We are truly honored with this recognition. Thanks to our nationwide flight network with new aircraft, professional and friendly flight attendants, comfy interior and flexible airfares, VietjetAir is confident that we are on the right track. This recognition encourages us to continue on our mission to make VietjetAir the best air transportation provider in Vietnam and Southeast Asia."
Earlier this year VietjetAir was also shortlisted at the 2012 Budgie$ & Travel Awards for the category "TOP 5 Best New Route Launch" held in London. The airline's highly successful connection linking Ho Chi Minh City with Hanoi was joined in the Top 5 by new routes from SpiceJet (India), EasyJet (England), Southwest (America) and AirAsia X (Malaysia).
