VietjetAir launches first Self Check-in service in Vietnam

(VietjetAir, HCMC, 4 June 2012) VietjetAir has launched a Kiosk Check-in option, making it the first airline in Vietnam to apply Self Check-in service. These new Self Check-in kiosk facilities are currently in place at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Danang International Airport, Noi Bai International Airport and VietjetAir’s sale offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, providing guests with a quicker and more convenient way of checking-in.

As this is a new service in Vietnam aviation market, VietjetAir will have staff being around to help passengers deploy the kiosk check-in machines in the beginning. For added convenience, the carrier will soon launch web-based check-in service to help passengers cut costs and avoid congestion at the airport.
