Vietjet to carry peach flower, ochna integerrima on Tet flights

(Vietjet, HCMC, 05/01/2019) - To meet passengers’ demand of carrying peach flower and ochna integerrima via checked-in luggage during Tet holidays, Vietjet offers special service which enables passengers to carry these flowers on separate domestic routes from and to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat and Da Nang, at the cost of VND450,000 / bunch (*). The service will be available from January 15th until February 20th, 2019.

Accordingly, each passenger is allowed to carry one bunch of either flowers. The maximum dimensions are 150 (cm) x 40 (cm) x 40 (cm). Every flight is scheduled to carry up to 30 bunches. Notably, peach flower and ochna integerrima should be bunched with firmed covers. A bunch will be comprised of up to 2 branches. Peach flowers and ochna integerrima in the form of plants or with pots, soil are not allowed, even via cargo services.

To serve with our best at the high season of Tet holidays, Vietjet would like to inform passengers about hand luggage as below:

One passenger can only bring 01 handbag with the maximum dimensions 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and 01 small handbag (include only one of below bags), and the total weight must not exceed 07kg.

- 01 lady handbag or book, magazine, camera, children food kit, duty free purchase etc… with the maximum dimensions 30cm × 20cm × 10 cm.

- 01 jacket bag with the maximum dimensions 114cm × 60cm × 11cm.

- 01 laptop bag with the maximum dimensions 40cm × 30cm × 10cm.

Passengers who travel with exceeding hand luggage are advised to order prepaid luggage for better saving instead of buying at check-in point.

Passengers should carefully check the personal information on the ticket and bring identification documents including identity card, driving license, passport. Those who travel with children, infants, should bring birth certificate, birth confirmation form or passport. Passengers should be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure time to ensure timely check-in. Online check-in services of Vietjet (web check-in, mobile check-in) and kiosk check-in are available at Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Danang airports to help save time.

Note: Some other flowers (excluding peach flower, ochna integerrima) can be carried on board if their weight and dimensions are not exceed the hand luggage regulations. Flowers on board are considered as hand luggage. Therefore passengers bringing flowers on board should check the total weight of hand luggage not exceeding 7kg per passenger in accordance with airline’s regulations.
