Vietjet advises customers to purchase tickets through authorized ticket channels

(Vietjet - Ho Chi Minh City – June 27, 2014) Recently, Vietjet received a large number of complaints regarding invalid tickets purchased from an outlet in Hanoi. After a quick investigation, it was discovered that the outlet at 126 Phố Huế, Hanoi was unauthorized and illegally selling tickets for Vietjet flights.

To prevent further sale of fraudulent ticket, Vietjet has sent a cease and desist letter to the aforementioned outlet and demanded it ceases selling tickets. Our office has also informed the police department in Hai Bà Trưng District, Hanoi of this problem.

Vietjet advises all customers looking to purchase air tickets from Vietjet to go through official ticket channels only. For online purchasing please go directly to www.Vietjetair.com, https://m.Vietjetair.com or www.facebook.com/Vietjetairvietnam (click on the “Booking” tab).

Alternatively, customers can call our hotline (1900 1886) or visit authorized outlets nationwide. You can check where your nearest authorized outlet is on our website (www.Vietjetair.com).

Upon purchasing your ticket, customers are advised to double check the ticket’s validity at www.Vietjetair.com (look for the tab “Flight Information”). From there, you can scroll down the list and check your “Flight Status” by entering your reservation code.
