When you choose to click on the "Complete booking" box during the registration process for Vietjet Holidays package, you have agreed and approved all the terms and conditions of the Vietjet Holidays Package outlined below. Please take a closer look before choosing to pay!

If you do not intend to purchase the Vietjet Holidays package or do not agree to any of the terms or conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of this Vietjet Holidays Package (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions and Terms"), please do not continue making a payment for the booking.

1. The service of purchasing a Vietjet Holidays package at skyholidays.vietjetair.com shall help you to search information and complete the purchase in the reasonable way. However, if you excess the usage limit, your access may be denied

You represent that you are of legal age to use the booking facility in accordance with these Terms and conditions of purchase and use and you have legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the purchase of the Vietjet Holidays package at skyholidays.vietjetair.com . You are financially responsible for your transactions made on this Website and Mobile Applications (if any) or those using your login information. You shall supervise all usage of the booking facility under your name and account. You warrant that all information provided by you and by your family members is true and correct.

2. Policy on purchasing Vietjet Holidays package

1. Purchase can be made for up to 10 guests (including infants) per booking
   • Adults: From 12 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight.
   • Children: From 2 to under 12 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight.
   • Infant: From 14 days to under 2 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight.
2. Passengers under 14 years old traveling alone are required to present a consent letter of legal representative to operating airlines.
3. If the flight arrival is earlier than 05:00 am, the hotel stay shall be start from the day before arriving date. If the flight arrival time is later than 05:00 am, the hotel stay shall be start from the day of arrival. Hotel check-in time depends on hotel policy and is provided during booking process
4. The price of Vietjet Holidays package on the Website and Mobile App (if any) is only applicable to purchases made on this Website and Mobile App (if any) and it depends on availability of seat on the selected flight and accommodation at selected hotel.
5. Your Vietjet Holidays package is not guaranteed until the payment is completed.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email after successful payment. In case you do not receive the Confirmation email within 30 minutes after payment, you should contact Vietjet via email at vietjetholidays@vietjetair.com for any support
7. Some hotels may require resort shuttle service to be booked prior to arrival in the country. If Customer do not choose to book these services through us, Customers shall need to make their own arrangements at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid service failures.
8. Surcharges, guaranteed deposits: If the hotel requires payment of surcharges, resort fees or local telephone service charges, you must pay directly to the hotel.
9. If you receive a quote from website holidays.vietjetair.com of Vietjet for booking, but do not immediately make a reservation and pay for Vietjet Holidays package at that time, based on the actual status of the ability to provide services, Vietjet reserves the right to increase or decrease the price at any time for your request when booking.
10. Airfares: Vietjet commits that airfare are based on lowest applicable airfare available under the Vietjet Holidays package at the time of booking and are subject to change. Vietjet Airways can only guarantee Customers’ airfare upon receipt of full payment. Any voluntary change of flight after the issuance of tickets shall be referred to the below Vietjet Holiday Package Policy of Change, Cancellation & Refund.
11. Baggage: Airline baggage allowance shall be as per the fare class purchased as part of Customers’ package. Please note baggage allowances can vary significantly with respect to size and weight restrictions. The number of carry-on pieces allowed may also vary by airport or airline. Please consult your travel agent or contact your respective airport and airline prior to travel. Please see Vietjet’s baggage policies at Baggage service (vietjetair.com)

3. How to purchase Vietjet Holidays package?

1. Purchasing Vietjet Holidays package can be made online on our website skyholidays.vietjetair.com
2. When you purchase a Vietjet Holidays package through a travel agent, all communication related to the Vietjet Holidays package must be made through the travel agent. Vietjet is not responsible or liable for any information exchanged between the travel agent and you or any action performed by the travel agent. In that case, all amounts you pay will be held by the travel agent and they will represent as your agent until the booking is accepted and confirmed by Vietjet.

4. Vietjet Holidays Prices, Taxes, Fees, Charges and Surcharges, Service fees

1. Vietjet Holidays Price
   • Mean the total paid amount includes airfare ticket, accommodation, charge & fees for all passengers in a booking made on Vietjet Holidays on website http://holidays.vietjetair.com ing Checked baggage and checking in for the next flight.
   • Vietjet Holidays Prices are published publicly in accordance with vietjet’s Regulations on its Website, Mobile application (if any).
   • Some destination service charges and/or authority tourism tax are not included in the Vietjet Holiday price due to the local authority’s policy or hotel’s policy at destination.

2. Taxes, Fees and Charges
   • Taxes, Fees, Charges are not included in the Vietjet Holidays price, stipulated by the Authority or competent authorities, or the airport operating organizations. Passengers bear responsibility to pay such Taxes, Fees and Charges applied at the time Ticket purchasing for Vietjet, who is a representative for the aforementioned authorities. Or depending on each local authority, hotel policy, Passengers will pay directly those announced taxes, fees and charges to hotel at check in time.
3. Surcharges, Service fees
   • Vietjet Holidays prices are not included passport fee, visa and health insurance fees, cots, car seats and food for infants, transport to your departure airport, porterage, gratuities, meals, handling fees and items of a personal nature unless otherwise noted. Special offers and value-added inclusions may be restricted, modified or withdrawn at any time.
   • Children Accompanying Policy:
     • To Flight ticket: Refer to Vietjet Carriage Terms and Condition for Application.
     • To Accommodation:
       • In the absence of a child (under 12 years old) option, you need to choose a room for 3 people and will have to pay at the price for 3 adults
       • In the case of applying children (under 12 years old) at the same price for two adults: Follow each hotel’s Regulation and policy announced and and published on its official website
       • The choice of a room for accompanying children will not be allowed without information about the age of the child and then the room rate for 3 adults will be applied.
       • Cradles and cots are only available to infants under 2 years of age. Although cradle facilities display "Yes" at the time of booking, you may or may not be provided depending on the condition of the crib at the time of check-in.
       • Some hotels do not have additional beds for children to stay with whether the child is staying with them for free or applying discounted prices and requires a breakfast fee for children. If you require a separate bed for children, you need to choose a 3-adult room type and do not apply discounted rates for children in the same area.
4. Payment currency

Ticket price payable in the currency stipulated in the system as announced by Vietjet, unless stated otherwise by the law or by the authorities.

5.Payment and Card verification Policy

1. Vietjet accepts international credit cards, debit cards and domestic cards issued by accepted banks in Vietnam (ATM cards) to accommodate the payment of your Vietjet Holidays package.
2. Once full payment is received, Vietjet will send a confirmation of the email address (Email) provided by you with the information confirming the booking of Vietjet Holidays package attached with the information:
   • Confirmed booking code details
   • Information for exporting value-added invoices
3. Card verification conditions: Vietjet only requires card verification for certain transactions. If Customers’ transaction is required for card verification, Customers shall receive an email to the registered address after time of payment or requested by our staffs at the airport. The cardholder is required to present the payment card, Vietjet package confirmation and passport (or ID card) for verification at the airport upon request.

Failure to verify the payment card will lead to denial of the services 

6. Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy for Vietjet Holidays Package

1. The refund of the service package will be carried out when the following conditions are fully met:
   • Only applicable to the services specified above
   • Only applicable to Vietjet Holidays package is completely unused.
   • Vietjet Holidays refund fee depends on each package. The specific refund fee is specified in the booking code confirmation information sent to your Email address.
   • The amount you are refunded is the amount paid after deducting this fee. The time of receipt of this amount will depend on the bank issuing your credit/debit card or ATM.

In any case, we are not responsible when your booked hotel room service is not performed for force majeure reasons including but not limited to fires, earthquakes, floods, major snowstorms, epidemics, fires, strikes, riots, civil war, war, government or local authority restrictions or any similar event beyond the control of our hotel or service provider

7. Important notes

1. Customers are not allowed to use Vietjet Holidays package for unauthorised, false reservation, or make reservations with misleading information.
2. Customers are not allowed to:
   • Use Vietjet Holidays package service for illegal conducts; or
   • Use Vietjet Holidays package service to prevent others from accessing and using such service; or
   • Use other online transaction methods and collect information in case Customers are unable to use the Vietjet Holidays package feature
3. Vietjet reserves the right to cancel Customers’ request to use such service without any notice if we notice that you are in breach, or in the possession of breaching the usage limit.

8. Data Privacy

9. Copyright

Vietjet owns or has legal rights to all materials contained in this website. All other copyrights and intellectual property have been registered for protection by Vietjet All trademarks, product names, company names and logos that appear on this website are the property of the relevant owner. 

10. Other legal responsibilities

1. Vietjet Holidays is a combination of Vietjet airfare and hotel services provided by our partners. You understand and agree that we are not a hotel service provider and are not responsible for hotel services. When you purchase Vietjet Holidays package and receive an email confirming Vietjet Holidays package, you have also committed to a booking contract with the hotel. During the stay, any complaints related to hotel services should be notified directly to the hotel at the time of the incident. We are not responsible for any problems that may have been dealt with at the hotel if the hotel or accommodation provider had been notified. In addition, complaints should be notified to us within 28 days of the occurrence of the complaint.
2. Vietjet is not responsible to you in case your booked hotel room service is not performed for force majeure reasons including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, major snowstorms, epidemics, outbreaks, strikes, riots, civil war, war, government or local authority restrictions or any similar events beyond the control of our hotel or other service provider.
3. Hotel description information: The hotel's star rating is not meant to be based on hotel quality standards and is not necessarily reviewed by local authorities. Different countries and even within the same country, hotels of the same star class still have different service standards. Photos, amenities, facilities and descriptions on the Website and Mobile App only provide the most general information about the hotel. Vietjet and its partners providing information about the hotel always make every effort to ensure that the information about amenities, facilities and descriptions provided is accurate and up-to-date. However, this information is provided by Vietjet's partners and therefore Vietjet cannot guarantee this accuracy and update. Images of different types of rooms do not necessarily reflect the type of room/bed you have chosen.
   • Hotel information is expressed in Vietnamese and some other languages, but does not guarantee that there are enough languages that you want to choose from.
4. In addition to the clear provisions of these applicable Conditions and Terms, Vietjet will not be liable for any losses, expenses or damages (whether directly or indirectly) resulting from the reliability of the beneficiary or owner of the Vietjet Holidays package for relevant information and suggestions from Vietjet and from the provision of the goods. and the services of any third party provided to the beneficiaries of the Vietjet Holidays package.
5. Vietjet will not be responsible for missing, mistakenly sending, being returned or providing late sales information sent via email.
6. In any case, Vietjet's legal obligations will not exceed the value of Vietjet Holidays packages to beneficiaries or bookers of Vietjet Holidays packages, and also in any situation, Vietjet will not be liable for the damages incurred and subsequent solidarity consequences of the beneficiary or booker of Vietjet Holidays packages.
7. Vietjet aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs with adverse effects) will not be on the site, but Vietjet is not responsible for any viruses or other malware that power pass beneficiaries or owners may be infected with from the use of the website or from any other web provider's website. Exemption of Vietjet's liability in relation to Vietjet Holidays package in force majeure cases specified in Vietjet's terms and conditions.
