Several flights are rescheduled due to the impact of storm Sinlaku

(Ho Chi Minh City, August 2, 2020) - Due to the impact of storm Sinlaku in the North and North Central regions, some airports in these areas stop accepting aircraft in the morning. Vietjet adjusts flight schedules to and from the affected airports. Details as below:

- Adjust flight schedules for flights from and to Vinh, including: VJ212/213, VJ210/217 HCMC - Vinh – HCMC route; VJ480/481 Can Tho - Vinh - Can Tho routes; VJ712/713 Da Lat - Vinh - Da Lat routes; VJ740/741 Buon Ma Thuot - Vinh - Buon Ma Thuot routes; VJ794/795 Nha Trang - Vinh - Nha Trang routes; VJ796/797 Phu Quoc - Vinh - Phu Quoc routes.

- Adjust flight schedules for flights from and to Thanh Hoa, including: VJ240/243 and VJ242/241 HCMC – Thanh Hoa – HCMC routes.

- Adjust flight schedules for flights from and to Buon Ma Thuot, including: VJ491/492 Ha Noi – Buon Ma Thuot – Ha Noi routes; VJ673/672 Hai Phong – Buon Ma Thuot – Hai Phong routes.

- Adjust flight schedules for flights to Ha Noi, including: VJ152 HCMC – Ha Noi route; VJ466 Can Tho – Ha Noi routes.

The airline also adds two more flights VJ1228/1223 HCMC - Vinh – HCMC routes today to support passengers to continue their journeys when the weather is better. All passengers on the affected flights will be supported according to the customer service policy.

These changes can have ripple effects on several other flights today. The airline will continue to monitor and update information.

Vietjet has informed all affected passengers via airports’ loudspeaker and announcement boards as well as approached the passengers on phones via emails, calls and SMS.
