Preferential policy for senior citizens and persons with disabilities

Vietjet Air applies a discount policy for the elderly and people with disabilities in the Vietnamese market, with details as follows: 

1.    Discount policy for the elderly

-    Eligibility: Vietnamese passengers who are elderly (from full 60 years old and above).

-    Scope of application: Applicable on domestic flights within Vietnam.

-    Discount level: 15% off the base fare.

-    Applicable ticket classes: T, S, R, Q, O, N, M, L, K, H

-    Conditions of application:

+ Only applicable at Vietjet's official ticket offices and airport ticket counters.

+ Passengers must present identity documents (Original or notarized copy).

2.    Discount policy for people with disabilities

-    Eligibility: Vietnamese passengers with severe/particularly severe disabilities.

-    Scope of application: Applicable on domestic flights within Vietnam.

-    Discount level: 15% off the base fare.

-    Applicable ticket classes: T, S, R, Q, O, N, M, L, K, H

-    Conditions of application:

+ Only applicable at Vietjet's official ticket offices and airport ticket counters.

+ Passengers must present the following document: Disability certificate issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune/ward/district/town/city... determining the level of disability conducted by the Disability Assessment Council, according to Form No. 06 - Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BLĐTBXH.
