Notice of customer service policy regarding flights affected by Covid-19

In order to support passengers and coordinate with Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control, Vietjet has implemented support plans for passengers on all Vietnamese domestic flights having flight schedule from August 1, 2020 onward.

Accordingly, from August 1, 2020 to August 7, 2020, all passengers having domestic flight schedule from August 1, 2020 onward can change their flight schedule and route free of charge with the new departure time from August 1, 2020 to October 30, 2021.

Those changes must be made at least 3 hours before the flights’ scheduled departure time, changing passenger’s name or fare difference will be charged (if any) according to current regulations. Passengers can change their bookings directly on website www.vietjetair.com (with tickets booked on the website or Vietjet Air mobile app) or contact agents, ticket offices to get support.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the airline's operation plans and flight schedules have fully complied with directions of the Government, the Ministry of Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam. Passengers can regularly update flight schedules on Vietjet’s official information channels at website www.vietjetair.com, official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam/, ticket offices and official agents of Vietjet.

The carrier also recommends the passengers flying during this time to follow mandatory requirements of health declaration on website https://tokhaiyte.vn, saving the information and showing online or paper certificate at the airport and wearing masks during the flight to ensure absolute safety for themselves and community.
