On July 18, due to the weakening effect of the Storm Number 1 (Storm Talim), Noi Bai airport (Hanoi) has resumed its normal operation from 15:00, Cat Bi airport (Hai Phong) and Van Don airport (Quang Ninh) have resumed their normal operation from 16:00.
