Information about the situation at Tan Son Nhat airport

On June 14, 2020, an aircraft on flight VJ322 departing from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh City skidded off the runway due to heavy rain and tailwind while landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 12:10. The aircraft, passengers, and crews were all safe. Passengers also received luggage in the terminal as normal.

All the flights including ones from and to Ho Chi Minh City have been operated as usual, ensuring to serve passengers at all domestic airports.

Vietjet sincerely thanks Civil Aviation Authority, Airports Corporation of Vietnam, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Division 370 and relevant agencies to coordinate to quickly resolve and handle the situation. Vietjet hopes to receive the sympathy and apologize to authorities, businesses and passengers for the inconvenience causing flight schedule changes on June 14.
