HDI baggage insurance terms and conditions

1. Product:

Baggage Insurance is issued by HD Insurance Co., Ltd (HDI) and distributed via VJ sales channels, to insure baggage against risks such as damage, loss, late coming baggage. This product is only applied to checked-in baggage.

3. Purchase instruction:

If you need to purchase Baggage Insurance, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Ask Ground staff at the Check-in area or Boarding gate area to be consulted.

Step 2:

Choose the package as you need and check the contact information.

If you choose VIP Baggage Insurance package, please be sure that the baggage checking-in is completed and select which baggage you want to apply the product to.

Step 3:

Check the purchased service(s) and make payment according to the instruction of the staff.

Step 4:

Please check your registered e-mail or phone number for Insurance Certification information.
