VietjetAir Relocates Its Check-In Zone in Noi Bai International Airport

(VietjetAir, Hanoi, December 30th, 2013) – Due to the expansion of Noi Bai International Airport, VietjetAir would like to announce that its domestic flight check-in counters are relocated to the 2nd floor, hall E, terminal T1, Noi Bai International Airport. All domestic flights are checked-in for departure at counters numbered from 101 to counter 118. There is no change for international flights. This change is effective from December 30th, 2013.

Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to the departure to avoid any inconvenience while looking for the new check-in zone.

VietjetAir will assign more customers service staff to aid passengers at both the old and new check-in zones, which are situated 150m from the other.

For the first two weeks, from December 30th, 2013 to January 15th, 2014, passengers who miss their flights due to this relocation will be allowed to board on the next available flights without surcharges

The newly opened hall E is connected to hall A within Terminal T1 through an integrated hallway with an identical architecture.
