Vietjet Thailand named Asia’s Best Employer Brand 2019

Vietjet Thailand has been named Asia’s Best Employer Brand 2019. The award ceremony has just been held in Singapore.

This award was nominated by Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group to honor Asian businesses’ effort and achievements in human resources management and thanks to its innovative solutions in recruitment as well as its effort in creating an internationally standardized, professional working environment for all employees.

Vietjet Thailand had impressed the jury thanks to its excellence in building the company brand as an employer of choice, with consistent improvements in its human resources policies introduced by measuring organizational health and inculcating values that help it achieve its vision and a culture of contribution and innovation at work and develop future leaders.

This year, Vietjet Thailand is one of 250 corporate houses from across 42 countries, selected the winners of Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards by an international jury comprising eminent stalwarts from the industry, economists, business leaders etc..

These coveted awards bear testimony to Vietjet Thailand consistent efforts in creating an outstanding world class people centric organisation which focuses on empowering the employees and enabling them to meet their professional and personal goals.

The awards is also a recognition for Vietjet Thailand’s SkyCareer Festival recruitment events over the past two years in Thailand. The SkyCareer Festival event attracted thousands of young people in the land of Golden Pagoda and other countries in the region to participate in the recruitment, help many flying dreams come true.

Earlier this year, Vietjet Thailand received the Global Best Employer Brand Awards 2019 in India.
