Vietjet sponsors “Vietnam Young Spikes 2015”

 (Ho Chi Minh City, August 1, 2015) – Yesterday, July 31, 2015, Vietjet joined participants at Vietnam Young Spikes 2015 in HCMC, a special event that will honor the 12 most excellent teams in advertising and communications.

As a sponsor, Vietjet will gift two return fares to two Gold Award winners who will represent Vietnam at a regional level in Singapore from September 9-11, 2015.

Vietnam Young Spikes is the national leg of the Spike Asia Festival – the most prestigious awards for creative communications in the Asia-Pacific region. The competition brings together members of the communications industry, initially in Vietnam, and ultimately Asia-Pacific, to learn from and inspire each other and celebrate outstanding creativity that benefits our community and protects the environment.

Beating thousands of participants nationwide, the 12 most excellent teams in the final round this year now have to compete against each other and showcase their most creative talent to try and become one of the four Gold Award Winners in two categories –there are two gold awards for industry practitioners (who will move forward to the regional competition) and two gold awards for students.

At the Awards Ceremony, representatives from Vietjet shared with participants some of the developments in advertising and communications for Vietnam, the region and Vietjet’s own business activities in recent years.

Besides, all participants also had the chance to talk with and receive special gifts from Vietjet’s outstanding pilots and flight attendants. These moments will be photographed and images will be posted on Vietjet’s Facebook page where there will be a poll for the best photo from August 3, 2015 to August 10, 2015. The best photographer will be given a return ticket on HCMC – Singapore route while those casting will receive special gifts from Vietjet.
