Vietjet honored as “the Best Service Foreign Low-Cost Carrier” in Korea

(Seoul, March 29, 2019) – At the announcement and award ceremony of “Korea Prestige Brand Awards 2019” taking place in Seoul on March 28, 2019, Vietjet was awarded as “The Best Service Foreign Low-Cost Carrier”. On behalf of Vietjet, Deputy Director of Commercial, Mr. Jay L Lingeswara, attended the ceremony and received the award.

The “Korea Prestige Brand Awards” is hosted by Korea Economic Daily newspaper with the sponsorship of Korea Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Korea Brand Management Association. Established in 2004, the award is organized annually to select brands that are trusted and favored by Korean customers via public survey. The survey for this year’s award was conducted with thousands of consumers in Korea followed by the review from the judge panel including university professors and experts from related industries to select the best brands. According to the organizer, Vietjet has been selected in respect of its reasonable price and excellent service, which contributes to giving more chances of going abroad to Korean people. This improves consumer satisfaction. The award is considered as a fair and trust worthy evaluation for brands in Korea.
