Vietjet and Lotteria Vietnam forge links with milestone deal

Ho Chi Minh City, 13 March, 2015 – Today, Vietjet and South Korean fast food giant Lotteria Vietnam have signed a major strategic agreement that will bring great added value to customers of both parties.

This alliance will begin by supplying products and services through Vietjet and Lotteria Vietnam’s respective online channels. Moving forward, Vietjet will offer customers more service choices by adding Lotteria Vietnam’s products onto the inflight menu, which already includes nine delicious meals, for both domestic and international routes. Furthermore, Lotteria Vietnam will introduce Vietjet’s services through all of its global touch-points.

To celebrate this strategic partnership, Vietjet has emblazoned an aircraft with Lotteria Vietnam’s logo, which boasts bright red and yellow colors that sync perfectly with the airline’s own colors that aim to reflect a spirit of youth and enthusiasm.

Also speaking at the signing Ceremony, Mr. Kang Hyung Hee – Managing Director of Lotteria Vietnam, voiced his pleasure over this unique partnership. “We are proud to be the first ever fast food brand to be featured on an aircraft in Vietnam,” said Mr. Hee. “Lotteria Vietnam is also the very first fast food supplier to Vietjet. This agreement has further strengthened the bilateral relation of culture and cuisine between and Vietnam and South Korea.”

Progressing forward, Vietjet will launch a route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Seoul this summer. VietJet already flies from Hanoi to Seoul.
