Vietjet Air signed contract for lease aircraft

Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company has signed a contract for the lease of 3 new Airbus A-320 aircraft from Alafco Aviation (Kuwait). The modern, leased aircraft are less than a year old and come equipped with high-grade leather seats. The move is another milestone for us as we eye an operational start in the Vietnamese aviation industry at the end of 2011.

VietJetAir CEO Nguyen Thanh Ha said: “VietJetAir has its completed preparations for financial resources, personnel, technology, dealers and payment. With the signing of a lease contract for 3 aircraft, VietJetAir has completed almost all the procedures for our take-off plan."

Our goal is to make VietJetAir a new generation airline company offering customers a high-quality and safe flight experience at low prices.

“We will continue to expand our by fleet up to 3–5 aircraft per year,” Ha said.
