Vietjet Air introduces new members of Board of Management for 2012-2017
(3 July, 2012) – Vietjet Air’s annual shareholders meeting 2012 today sucessfully took place at VietJetAir’s operation office in Ho Chi Minh City. Shareholders representing over 98% of the carrier’s charter capital presented at the meeting.
Shareholders were all content with the carrier’s operation plan via voting
The meeting has approved the content of following important documents:
- Key activities of the Board of Management (BOM); and audited financial report in 2011.
- Business plan in 2012
- Report of the BOM’s operation
- Report of the Board of Supervision (BOS) in 2011
