Vietjet adjusted flight schedules to Chu Lai airport due to the impact of the storm No. 12 (ETAU)

(Vietjet, Ho Chi Minh City, November 11, 2020) - Due to the impact of the storm No. 12 (ETAU), Vietjet continues to adjust the schedule of flights from and to the Chu Lai airport (Quang Nam) as follows:

• Suspend flights from and to Chu Lai including VJ370/371 flights on HCMC – Chu Lai –HCMC routes
• Reschedule flights from and to Chu Lai including VJ376/379 fligh on HCMC – Chu Lai –HCMC routes and VJ415 flight on Hanoi – Chu Lai route

Passengers on the affected flights are supported according to the airline's policy. Some other flights on today might also be affected.

Vietjet has informed all affected passengers at airports as well as approached the passengers through other communication channels, via phone calls and SMSs. Passengers should frequently stay updated on flight information at website www.vietjetair.com and Vietjet Air mobile app. By clicking the tab “Flight status” and inputting reservation codes, passengers can check their itineraries thoroughly to have proper arrangements ahead of the flights.
