Notice of customer service policy regarding flights affected by COVID-19

In order to support passengers on flights affected by COVID-19, Vietjet has implemented support plans for passengers affected by flight schedule changes. Passengers can change flight schedule free of charge to the period from April 24 to May 31, 2020 (Except April 29 - May 03), or reserve their flights within 360 days, or refund within 90 days. Passengers can contact Vietjet's official booking channels and agents for assistance.

During the epidemic, the airline's operation plans and flight schedules have been fully complied with directions of the Government, the Ministry of Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam. Passengers can regularly update flight schedules on Vietjet’s official information channels at website www.vietjetair.com, hotline 19001886, official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam/, ticket offices and official agents of Vietjet.

Returning to the sky, Vietjet has been keeping safety the highest priority of our flights, strengthening the coordination of disease prevention, strictly controlling health check procedures for passengers and crews, following mandatory requirements of health declaration and wearing masks, etc. in order to ensure absolute safety for all flights.
