Notice of cancelling a flight from South Korea to Vietnam on October 14, 2020

Vietjet announces the cancellation of VJ863 flight from Seoul (Incheon, South Korea) to Ho Chi Minh City on October 14, 2020 in order to ensure the pandemic prevention and control, to serve passengers safely and conveniently for people entering Vietnam on commercial flights in accordance with the recommendations of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Vietjet supports passengers completed payment for tickets on the flight to get automatic credit shell or refund free of charge through the channels which passengers has purchased from.

The airline has been working closely with the People's Committees, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Departments of Health and the Departments of Tourism of cities to ensure the best conditions for the pandemic prevention, for quarantine at qualified accommodations and for conveniently providing products and services for passengers.
