Notice about the effect of Storm Number 1 (Storm Talim) - Update at 20:00 July 17, 2023

Due to the effect of Storm Talim, some airports in the affected area will suspend flights to ensure the safety, as following:

Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) will suspend flights from 11:00 to 20:00 on July 18, 2023.

Van Don (Quang Ninh province) and Cat Bi (Hai Phong province) airports will suspend flights from 9:00 to 19:00 on July 18, 2023.

Many flights from and to these airports during the suspension will be adjusted the operation plans. Some other flights might also be affected.

Passengers can actively track information about their flights and the flight schedules at “My Booking” tab on the website www.vietjetair.com, Vietjet Air mobile app.

The situation of adjusting the flight schedules because the airports the temporarily suspend flights in the bad weather is a force majeure and a typical of the aviation industry in order to ensure passenger safety. The airline apologizes and hopes passengers understand this force majeure situation.
