Be “The No. 1” with VietJetAir

VietjetAir is making its passengers the first to be cared with a “You’re No.1” package. Accordingly, the carrier will introduce a “priority boarding” service from 15 August, 2012, which will enable passengers to be the first to board the aircraft and to collect their baggage after their flights.

Also, passengers on VietJetAir’s flights have recently enjoyed pre-booking their seats before their flights to ensure they get the favourale seats. Passengers can choose either hot seats to enjoy extra legroom or/and standard seats to enjoy their journey with comfortable leather-covered seats.

Desmond Lin, VietJetAir’s Director of Business Development, said: “We are trying our best to offer our passengers not only low-cost fares and safe flights but also enjoyable experiences thanks to increasingly added services. It is ultimately to make passengers’ special needs the first to be heard and served with VietJetAir.”
