Arrival to the Central Land (Da Nang) on “Tet For Now” Flight of more than 330 Labourers and Students

VietjetAir, HCMC January 23rd, 2014 – Today, two flights with message “Tet For Now” held by Pepsi (under management of Suntory Pepsico) with courtesy of VietjetAir officially took off from Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai Airports carrying 334 Central students and labourers with difficult situations to their homeland to enjoy the new year festival, the year of the hourse 2014. This is a meaningful activity of Pepsi towards community in order to bring a joyful Tet for the Central land people studying and working far away from their countrysides.

Over past 3 months of implementation, “Tet For Now” program was heeded on by lots of students and labourers over the country and more than 4,000 people registered. Through careful evaluation and consideration upon actual demands of participants, 334 people were found and granted free ticket of “Tet For Now” program. These are poor students and labourers with efforts to overcome their difficulty for studying, working. 

Special passengers on these “Tet For Now” flights are experiencing the latest design aircraft A320 Sharklet and the fresh image of Pepsi painted on the aircraft’s body. Apart from that, they are also joining an exciting open talk with famous M.C. Quyen Linh and “The Voice” singer Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh on the flight of VietjetAir. Upon arrival in Da Nang city, these passengers are assisted to book bus tickets to their homes and receive a gift and vnd 500,000 from Pepsi as a lucky wish for them in the new year.

“Our Central is often hit by a lot of  natural disaters, storms and floods all the year round but it is a strong motivation for the people here to overcome for study and work.
