Enjoy Flying In Tet Holiday With Vietjet And Hdbank

1.  Duration: From 11/01/2017 to 12/31/2017

2. Customers: Primary and Supplementary Cardholders ("Cardholder") of HDBank Vietjet Co-branded International Credit Card issued by Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint – Stock Commercial Bank (referred to as "HDBank").

3.  Content:

3.1 In order to qualify for the program, Cardholder must do the following:

• Type of Card: HDBank Vietjet Co-branded International Credit Card (referred to as "HDBank Vietjet credit card").
• Program 1: 500 turns to get cashback 20% (up to 500,000 VND) of the total value of payment for Vietjet ticket for new HDBank Vietjet Credit Card.
• Program 2: 300 turns to get cashback 10% (up to 200,000 VND) of the total value of payment for Vietjet ticket for existing HDBank Vietjet Credit Card.

3.2 The promotion period is from 00:00 on 11/01 to 23:59 on 12/31/2017.

3.3 For program 1, there will be 500 incentives and program 2 will have 300 incentives given to the first customers who meet the promotion conditions.

3.4 Air ticket transactions are defined as transactions made and paid successfully by HDBank Vietjet Credit Card on the Vietjet website: www.vietjetair.com. .

3.5 In case of the number of valid Cardholders exceeds the number of prizes, the prize will be awarded to the Cardholder who successfully qualified for the prize and successfully executed the transaction earlier during the program period.

3.6 If the winners for any reason are not eligible for the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the next winner on the list if available.

3.7 Each eligible customer will only receive one prize per month (customers receive maximum 3 prizes throughout the promotion).

4. Information about the valid transaction / customer

4.1 Valid transaction will be calculated based on transaction date within the promotion period and must be settled into the card account before 01/12/2017 (for transactions in November, 2017) and 01/01/2018 (for successful payment transactions in December 2017).

4.2 Transactions made by the Supplementary Cardholder shall be counted towards the Primary Cardholder.

4.3 The promotion will no longer be valid if HDBank Vietjet credit card becomes bad debt, fraud, excess limit, canceled, forced cancellation within the program period or registration of the message is invalid or fraudulent.

5. Reward process

5.1 The prize amount will be transferred to the current account of the Primary Cardholder 20 working days after the end of each month.

5.2 Cardholder is required to have a current account at HDBank to receive promotion, if the Cardholder does not register to open an account 2 weeks after HDBank announces the list of winners, HDBank is entitled to offer promotion to next eligible cardholders on the list.

5.3 A valid cardholder will receive a message informing them of the receipt of the prize. HDBank will not be liable if the message of balance changing cannot be sent to the customer because the customer has provided inaccurate contact information, hasn’t registered for the service of SMS banking or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HDBank.

6. Other terms and conditions:

6.1 All decisions of HDBank relating to these promotions are final, official and don’t have to announce in the press.

6.2 To the extent permitted by law, HDBank reserves the right to terminate, change or process by other methods the promotion after 3 (three) days prior notice in HDBank’ Affiliates / Transaction Offices or on the Website of HDBank.

6.3 Within 15 working days from the date HDBank announces promotion results of each batch, if Cardholder does not have any questions and / or complaints relating to promotion results, HDBank consider that the cardholder has agreed with the result and HDBank will not accept any related complaints.

6.4 If any dispute occurs, the Vietnamese version will be used as a basis for settlement.
