• There is no limit to the number of lucky draw codes that a passenger may receive during the promotion period.
• Each passenger name (as shown in the passenger information section) on a booking reference (PNR) corresponds to one lucky draw code.
• There is no distinction between one-way and round-trip itineraries; lucky draw codes are issued based on the number of PNRs. For example, if a customer purchases outbound and return flights as two separate bookings (two different PNRs), the customer will receive two lucky draw codes.
• If a PNR includes a group of passengers (more than one passenger name under the same PNR), each passenger name in the list, in top-to-bottom order, will be separated and assigned one lucky draw code.

All eligible tickets must be operated by Vietjet Air and comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion.

The promotion includes 06 periodic lucky draw rounds:

• Round 1 – March 25, 2026: Draw conducted on the list of lucky draw codes issued to customers who successfully purchased tickets from 00:00:00 on March 3, 2026 to 23:59:59 on March 15, 2026 (GMT+7).
• Round 2 – April 8, 2026: Draw conducted on the list of lucky draw codes issued to customers who successfully purchased tickets from 00:00:00 on March 16, 2026 to 23:59:59 on March 28, 2026 (GMT+7).

Vietjet will announce the winning results on the website www.vietjetair.com, on the Vietjet Fanpage, and will contact winners via the booking email address from noreply@ses.vietjetair.com within three (03) days from the lucky draw date.

After receiving the prize notification email, you must follow the information verification steps as instructed in the email and submit the required details within seven (07) days in accordance with the regulations.

After receiving your verified information, Vietjet will deliver the prize within fifteen (15) days

• For E-voucher prizes: Vietjet will send the personalized E-voucher details to the email address provided by the customer.
• For Gold and Silver prizes:
