YES. All passengers must take all carry-on baggage and personal belongings with them when disembarking. Please then follow the signs or instructions provided by airport staff to proceed to the security screening area and the departure gate for your next flight.

NO. You only need to follow the instructions provided by airport staff at Almaty Airport and use the boarding pass issued at your original departure airport for your onward journey.

NO. Your boarding pass for the entire journey is issued at your original departure airport. Please keep it safely for your onward flight from Almaty.

YES. Please keep your boarding pass throughout the transfer process until you complete your entire journey. 

Your checked baggage will be transferred to the final destination shown on your ticket (Hanoi or Prague). You do not need to collect it in Almaty. After disembarking, take your carry-on baggage and personal belongings, complete security screening, and proceed to the departure gate for your next flight.

YES. All transfer passengers must proceed through the security screening area for carry-on baggage before entering the departure gate area for the next flight.

NO. Duty-free items must remain sealed throughout your transfer in Almaty. If the seal is broken, the items may be subject to additional inspection or handled in accordance with airport security regulations.

Vietjet transfer assistance staff will use signs or labels displaying the Vietjet logo, destination, and expected departure gate in the transfer area to assist passengers with their onward journey.

Transfer time is limited. After disembarking, please promptly follow the Transit/Transfer signs, complete the required procedures, and proceed to the departure gate in time for your next flight.
