1. Connecting flights with Vietjet:
A connecting flight with Vietjet involves two separate flights (with different flight numbers) which are both operated by Vietjet and issued on one passenger’s ticket and have the same reservation number. The connecting flight must be on the same day as the initial flight or the very next day, but the difference in time between flights must not exceed six hours.
Connecting flights via Hanoi are currently only available on the following routes: Seoul (ICN)/Busan (PUS) to Siem Reap (REP)/Yangon (RGN), and Siem Reap (REP)/ Yangon (RGN) to Seoul (ICN)/Busan (PUS); Osaka (KIX)/Tokyo (NRT) to Siem Reap (REP)/Yangoon (RGN) and Siem Reap (REP)/Yangoon (RGN) to Osaka (KIX)/ Tokyo (NRT).
Connecting flights via Ho Chi Minh are currently only available on the following routes: New Delhi (DEL) to Bali (DPS), and Bali (DPS) to New Delhi (DEL).

4. Regulations for check-in and baggage of connecting flights:
4.1. Check-in conditions:
• Connecting flight conditions do not apply to passengers who purchase two separate tickets.
• Passengers’ flight reservations and other add-on services (if applicable) must be confirmed for the whole itinerary.
• Passengers must bring relevant travel documents to meet requirements of airport authorities.
• Passengers must pay excess baggage fees (if applicable) for the whole itinerary.
4.2. Baggage on connecting flights:
• Baggage will be checked through to your final destination.
• Baggage cannot be claimed at the connecting airport.
4.3. Check-in procedures at departing airports
• At departing airports, passengers must check-in to fly to the connecting airport.
• At connecting airport, passengers should seek assistance at Vietjet flight connections kiosk to board the next flight to the final destination.
• Passengers must wait in the designated waiting area at the connecting airport.
5. Changing flight of date, routes, name and refund:
