1. How many kgs of luggage can I bring?                    
Hand luggage: 7 kg.
Checked luggage: Fees for 15kg, 20kg, 25k or 30kg luggage are available.

2. What about the dimensions of my luggage?
Hand luggage: Passengers are allowed one piece of hand luggage. The size must not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23 cm and the weight cannot exceed 7 kg
Checked luggage: We do not carry any luggage that exceeds 32 kg and 81 cm height x 119 cm width x 119 cm length.

3. We reserve the right to deny transportation of the following items:
a. Items which are not properly packed in a suitcase or another suitable container.
b. Items specified by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in their regulations on dangerous goods.
c. Items prohibited by law in the country of destination, departure or transit;
d. Items unsuitable for carriage due to their weight, shape, size or nature.
e. Fragile or perishable items;
f. Live or dead animals;
g. Human or animal remains;
h. Fresh or frozen seafood and/or raw or frozen meat.  These items can be transported as hand baggage if we accept that they have been packaged properly;
i. Firearms and ammunition;
j. Explosives, flammable or combustible gases (such as aerosol spray paints, butane gas, gas lighter refills) refrigerated gas (such as oxygen cylinders for underwater use, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, solvents) flammable solids (matches, lighters), organic oxygen compounds (such as resins), poisons, infectious substances (such as viruses, bacteria), radioactive substances (such as Radium), corrosives (e.g. acids, alkalis, mercury, thermometers), magnetic material,  oxidizing materials (such as bleach) and
k. Weapons such as guns, swords, knives and similar items. Such items may be transported as checked baggage entirely under our discretion. They are not to be carried on the plane for any reason

4. Can passengers carry human remains as hand luggage?
No.

5. Can seafood be carried as hand luggage?
Fresh or frozen seafood and/or raw or frozen meat can be transported as hand luggage if they have been wrapped properly.

6. Can I bring my pet on board the aircraft??
No.

7. Can I check my TV or computer in as baggage?
Yes. As long as they are wrapped properly and you take full responsibility if they are damaged or broken during carriage.

8. I purchased 15kg for checked luggage but it is not enough. Can I purchase more?
You can change the luggage fee package from 15kg to 30kg and pay the difference at least 4 hours before the flight.
If you do not upgrade your package you have to pay an oversized luggage fee at the airport.

9. Is it possible for me to check in 55kg of luggage?
No, the maximum is 40kgs.

10. Can a bicycle be carried as checked luggage?
Yes, but a transport fee must be paid.
