Vietjet celebrates a new Airbus A320 in Toulouse
Toulouse, 26 November, 2014 – Today Vietjet representatives are in Toulouse to accept delivery of a brand new Airbus 320—the first of 100 aircraft ordered by the Vietnamese carrier from the European aviation giant. The delivery of this brand-new jet marks a major milestone in the development of Vietjet, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbus in September, 2013 before finalizing the deal at the Singapore Airshow in February, 2014. After Vietjet and Airbus complete all delivery-related documentation, the new Airbus will fly to Vietnam where it is scheduled to land in Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on 27 November, 2014. The new aircraft is also the very first aircraft to feature the symbol of Vietcombank – Vietnam’s leading import and export bank and commercial sponsor – on the fuselage. Vietcombank is also a leading aircraft sale-leaseback arranger in Vietnam.

Vietjet opens the flight between Vietnam and Russia
(Moscow, 24 November 2014) – Today in Moscow (Russia), Vietjet has announced the plan to launch flights connecting Vladivostok and Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Hue, and Phu Quoc. This announcement was made during the official visit to Coat of Arms of Russian Federation by the Secretary General Nguyễn Phú Trọng of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Moving forward, Vietjet will continue to expand the flight network from Vietnam to other provinces in Russia.
Vietjet, CFM sign Rate per Flight Hour Agreement of the first 21 Airbus A320ceo for CFM56-5B fleet

PARIS, France — 24 November 2014 — Vietnam's Vietjet and CFM International today signed a 12-year Rate Per Flight Hour agreement to support the airline’s Airbus 320 ceo fleet of 21 aircraft of CFM56-5B engines. The signing ceremony also welcomed Deputy Minister of Transport of Vietnam Mr. Pham Quy Tieu, Vietnam Ambassador in France Mr. Duong Chi Dung, and leaders of Vietjet and CFM.

VIETJET TO OPEN THE FIRST FLIGHT FROM HA NOI TO SIEM REAP
On 3 November, 2014, Vietjet open its first flight from Ha Noi to Siem Reap, connecting Ha Noi capital (Vietnam) and Siem Reap (Kingdom of Cambodia).
